This policy explains how Coriolan Ventures LLC ("Coriolan Ventures", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website. We have written it in plain language and kept it short, because our practices are simple.
Information we collect automatically
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics software, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts. Nothing on the page loads from an outside server.
The site is delivered through a content delivery network operated by Amazon Web Services. As part of serving and protecting the site, AWS processes ordinary technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We do not build profiles from this data or combine it with anything else.
Information you give us
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to provide and administer our services. We keep business correspondence for as long as it is useful for that relationship or as long as we are required to by law or tax rules.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
- We do not share your information with advertisers.
- We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked to hear from us.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate: Amazon Web Services for website hosting and email. Where we provide marketing services to a client, we may also access platforms on that client's behalf under the terms of our agreement with them. These providers process information only to deliver their services to us.
Client data
When we work with a client, we may handle data belonging to that client, including information about their customers. We treat that data as the client's, use it only to perform the services described in our agreement with them, and do not use it for our own purposes. Those arrangements are governed by the written agreement with the client rather than by this policy.
Security
This site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our email and business systems is protected by unique credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the size and nature of our business.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@coriolanventures.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; tell us what you are asking for and we will do our best to honor it.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
